Refund Policy

Purpose:

To outline the conditions under which refunds may be issued to students or parents and to ensure transparency and fairness in the process.

Scope:

This policy applies to all students enrolled in institutions under the aegis of Samastha Kerala Islamatha Vidyabyasa Board (SKIVB) coordinated by ASMI.

Policy Statement:

  1. Application Fees:
    • Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. Tuition Fees:
    • Before Commencement of Classes:
    • Full refund of tuition fees if withdrawal is requested before the commencement of the academic term.
    • After Commencement of Classes:
    • Partial refunds may be considered based on the duration the student has attended classes.
    • Refunds will be processed as follows:
    • Within the first month: 75% refund
    • Within the second month: 50% refund
  3. Special Circumstances:
    • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, family emergencies, or other situations beyond the control of the student or parents.
  4. Procedure for Requesting Refund:
    • A written request for refund must be submitted to the school administration.
    • The request must include the reason for withdrawal and any supporting documentation.
    • The administration will review the request and respond within 30 days.
